In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the dkwine website, mobile web application, and all associated services available at dkwine.onl.
• "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the dkwine Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account held by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by dkwine subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be played through before they become withdrawable as real money.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, the process by which dkwine verifies a User's identity and age.

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to the dkwine Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you are aged 21 or above. dkwine reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement is not met.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions. dkwine is operated for the Bangladesh market. Users must ensure that their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. It is the User's sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using online betting services is permitted under the laws applicable to them.

2.3 Single Account Rule. Each individual may hold only one active Account on dkwine. Opening or using multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

2.4 Personal Use Only. Accounts may only be used by the registered Account holder for their own personal entertainment. Using an Account on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to use your Account, is forbidden.

2.5 Exclusion of Minors. dkwine takes the protection of minors very seriously. Any individual found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account closed immediately and any funds deposited will be returned after deducting any withdrawals already made. dkwine cooperates fully with any relevant authority investigation involving underage access.

3.1 Accurate Information. When registering an Account, you must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

3.2 KYC Verification. dkwine operates a KYC verification procedure. You may be required to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document, along with proof of address, before your Account is fully activated or before any withdrawal is processed. dkwine reserves the right to request KYC documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcode (OTP) with any other person. dkwine will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify dkwine immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

3.4 Account Closure by User. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the dkwine support team via Telegram at @dkwine_support or by email at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you following standard KYC and verification procedures.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. dkwine accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may be updated from time to time at dkwine's discretion.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal amounts are subject to the payment method used; please refer to the dkwine Platform for current limits applicable to your selected method.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are processed only to a Payment Method registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. dkwine reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; processing times may vary by payment method.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on dkwine are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). dkwine does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

4.5 Fraudulent Transactions. dkwine reserves the right to reverse, withhold, or void any deposit or withdrawal transaction where fraud, money laundering, or payment system abuse is suspected. In such cases, dkwine may report the matter to the relevant authorities and cooperate fully with any investigation.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers provided by dkwine are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that are communicated at the time of the offer. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the associated wagering requirements.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they may be withdrawn as real money. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn. The Platform will display your current wagering progress in your Account.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. dkwine operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, wagering in patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or using Bonus Funds in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. Where bonus abuse is detected, dkwine reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from bonus play, and suspend or permanently close the associated Account.

5.4 Modification and Cancellation of Promotions. dkwine reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to promotions will not affect bonus credits already credited to an Account prior to the modification date.

6.1 Placement of Bets and Wagers. By placing a bet or wager on dkwine, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf, that the funds used are from a legitimate source, and that you accept the result of each bet as final once settled in accordance with these Terms and the relevant game or sport rules.

6.2 Error Correction. In the event of a technical error, manifest odds error, or system malfunction that results in an incorrect payout or incorrect display of odds or game outcomes, dkwine reserves the right to correct the error and void or re-settle any affected bets. dkwine will not be liable for losses arising from technical errors on the Platform.

6.3 Suspicious Betting Patterns. dkwine monitors betting activity for suspicious patterns, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting, match-fixing participation, use of automated betting software or bots, and coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit the Platform. Where such activity is detected, dkwine reserves the right to void relevant bets and suspend the Account pending investigation.

6.4 Game Provider Rules. Casino games on dkwine are supplied by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each game as set by the relevant provider are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In case of conflict between game provider rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where a game-specific rule explicitly overrides a general term.

6.5 Insufficient Funds. A bet or wager will not be accepted if your Account Balance is insufficient to cover the stake. Partial bets are not accepted. You must ensure your Account holds adequate funds before placing a wager.

7.3 Deposit Limits. Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.

7.4 Time-Out. A time-out feature allows Users to temporarily suspend their Account for a period of their choosing. During a time-out, no deposits, wagers, or logins are possible.

8.2 Permitted Use. You may access and view Platform content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of dkwine.
